Mary's Beef Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

1 lbs Stew Meat
Flour
Salt & Pepper (to taste)
2 Carrots - Chopped
2 Celery Stalks - Chopped
1 Potato - Cubed
1 Small Onion - Diced
1 Cup Peas
28 oz Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Beef bouillon
2 bay leaves
1 tsp oregano

Instructions

Coat stew meat with flour, salt and pepper. Sear in oil.

Add potatoes, onion, carrots, celery and cook for a couple of minutes.

Add tomatoes, bouillon cube and water (enough to cover the ingredients plus what you think looks right to make it soupy)

Add bay leaves and oregano.

Bring to a boil and simmer with lid on for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
